Affordable Solutions for Better Living
All the furniture that we build is delivered fully assembled and then fitted by one of our cabinet makers. However, if you have very large pieces of furniture that cannot be delivered fully assembled, we can build the furniture to enable you to break it down for access purposes.
All of our kitchens are built, assembled and finished in our factory, if you would like us to install your kitchen that is fine and we can do this at an extra charge that will be quoted separately; we do find that some of our customers prefer to source their own kitchen installer or indeed install themselves due to the cabinets already being fully assembled. However, rest assured that throughout the process we are available to give any help or guidance as required.
Yes, all our furniture is painted or lacquered in our factory before it is installed, however if you would prefer to paint it yourself then that is fine. There are a large amount of manufacturers that will supply and fit your furniture then paint/lacquer it for quite a substantial extra cost; whereas we include this service in your quoted price; you are more than welcome to come to our factory and see your unpainted furniture before we finish it, for your peace of mind and so you can see how high the quality of our workmanship is.
Yes, we have a small showroom attached to our factory. Customers are invited to come and look at work in progress and finished products.
Our furniture and fitted units are perfect for uneven walls, sloping ceilings and alcoves as it is all handmade and designed according to your home surroundings. If you have a challenging barn or loft conversion, a member of our team will be able to chat with you and discuss options available.
We use solid wood such as oak, pine, tulip, cedar, and cherry, we also use real wood veneer. We can arrange for your kitchen to have granite work surfaces using a company that we have dealt with for many years and have built a good working relationship with. We can also source accessories such as taps, sinks and appliances from a wider range of suppliers.
We will be as much involved in the design of your furniture as you want us to be, the most typical procedure we work to is one of our team will visit you and have a chat about your requirements, take some measurements; then come back to you with a quote including a price inclusive of building, finishing, delivering and installing; and if necessary a hand drawn plan. If you are happy with your quote, then we will ask for a deposit (typically half of the final price) then commence work. The full balance will be due when we have finished, and you are happy with your product.
We are a small family run business and have an excellent relationship with all of our customers; we do not employ a sales team, therefore all contact you will have will be with one of the owners and/or our office manager; all of which will know every detail about your project and will be able to advise and/or answer any questions you may have.
